In 2025, the alliance of leading companies in the CDMO sector led to the creation of The Healthea Group, a European industrial group. Building on the forty years of experience of some of its constituent companies, the group is ready to support clients with a comprehensive service. With 5 facilities covering 26,000 square meters, the group manufactures all pharmaceutical forms for categories such as medical devices, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and foods for special medical purposes. It has 2 research laboratories and an accredited microbiological laboratory, as well as ready-to-market products, including some patent-pending formulations, ongoing clinical studies, and over 30 medical devices across more than 10 therapeutic areas.
The idea to create this group dates back 20 years, with the acquisition of strategic brands from a CDMO, and saw the involvement of the River Side fund in 2023 to form a group of highly skilled companies aimed at supporting other players in the sector. The companies within the group include: Biodue, Farcoderma, and Healthea Licensing, which was recently acquired by a division of a company with long-standing experience in the medical device sector.

However, the group has a global vision: emerging markets in Eastern Europe, the United Arab Emirates, and the Americas represent new growth opportunities. Our division specializes in licensing and offering ready-to-market products. The portfolio includes over 60 products across medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics, all fully developed and industrialized, complete with dossiers and registration (MD).
Located in the heart of Italy, in Tuscany, it represents one of the group’s main industrial hubs, with certified facilities for the production of dietary supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices.
The facility located in Bergamo is a gem of quality, with several certifications and registrations with the competent authorities, as well as an accredited microbiological laboratory.
